Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE)
Flexible filament is special compared to other filaments such as PLA and ABS. This is because it has the ability to bend and compress on itself. It is a fun filament to use and compatible with most 3D printers however it is not an easy filament to use. It is a softer filament which means inside your extruder it can jam as it doesn’t have the strength to force itself through the hot end that PLA or ABS does. To avoid these jams you can simply print at a hotter temperature to try and liquify the filament more. Also flexible filament needs to be printed at a much slower speed so the filament has time to melt properly.
